the breakfast included varied fruits, cereals, and pastries. a la carte options were also available, i saw many people enjoying this feature. comfortable beds were a highlight of my stay. the rooms were quiet.
The music played on the terrace was audible on the 6th floor. It was switched off after two phone calls.

The location is great, near transport stations and a big shopping center. i liked the modern decor. The staff was polite and friendly. the food quality was good. The lounge offered a nice area to sit.
my room had no air conditioning and poor ventilation. when i tried to call reception, the phone did not work. i had to go to reception in person.

The hotel's location was SO convenient!!! It was close to the train and bus stations. The Westfield Mall in Stratford was next door!!! I had easy access to shopping and transportation.
The minibar prices were not displayed. This omission made it hard to decide whether to use it.
